About DJ Un-G
A DJ with the sheer conviction that a "turntablist" can be a drummer of a band. While in film school, Un-G worked as a DJ playing local clubs and parties to pay for the costly, yet essential, film stock necessary to shoot his projects. Also during his film school years, Un-G began jamming with Rice and Sulu with nothing more than1 scratch record, 1 Grease Record (soundtrack to the movie that is), 2 turntables, a mixer, 1 karoke microphone (that was passed from vocalist to vocalist), and an old keyboard. Combining both sides of music and film Un-g created a psuedo-documentary about a fictional rap crew that was a fusion of Public Enemy and Spinal Tap. It was this pseudo-documentary from where we find the beginning of the link... the link of the everlasting sausage. contact: un-g@picscape.com
